Raymond Polk, PA is a Licensed Physician Assistant with more than 15 years of experience. Raymond is a graduate of the US Army Physician’s Assistant Program of Fort Sam in Houston, Texas. In addition, Raymond earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Oklahoma.
Raymond is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Georgia Association of Physician Assistants.
Raymond enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
